Integrated M52 Port Thread

The PT-059 housing includes a 52mm threaded port to allow for the attachment of various wet lenses which can be removed or replaced under the water throughout the dive as required. For even more convenience add a quick release mount and adapter which allow you to remove and replace the lens even more quickly via a bayonet.

Integrated Accessory Mounting Hardware

On the top of the housing a Cold-Shoe mount can be used to attach compatible hardware for mounting spotting lights and action cameras. On the underside of housing there are 3x 1/4-20" threads, the standard fitting for most camera housing trays and tripods.

Peace Of Mind

Waterproof to 15 meters

Shooting around water is not a worry with the TG-7 and its built in water proofing to as deep as 15 meters and dedicated underwater modes.

For SCUBA divers and many freedivers 15 meters is not deep enough so we recommend the addition of a proper Dive housing which will be much easier to operate and it more practical in the water. But that 15 meter waterproofing still gives you peace of mind should there be an accident with the housing.

120° Wide Angle Lens

AOI's UWL-400A Wide angle lens was designed for 24mm compact cameras like the Olympus TG-6 and OM System TG-7. Expanding the underwater field of view up to a wide 120° but also supporting zoom through for tighter shots.

The M52 Thread screws onto the port or you can add a quick release mount for the lens and your housing port for a quicker and easier installation and removal throughout the dive in case you come across a macro subject.

With a magnification of 0.42X this lens delivers a super-wide 160° field of view at 28mm perfect for Wrecks, gorgonians and large coral structures. Shooting this wide you need to get really close to your subject, this is not for skittish creatures.
