Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way! If you are in need of an urgent shipment please do not hesitate to contact us before placing your order.
BACKORDER ITEMS:
Some items which are indicated as being out of stock but still available to order will need to be re-ordered from the supplier. The restock process can take anything from 2-12 weeks. Please contact us before placing your order if you have an urgent deadline.
FREE SHIPPING STANDARD UK SHIPPING
Free Shipping is offered to most orders over valued over £100 when shipping to mainland UK. Free shipping orders are usually dispatched with Royal Mail 48 Tracked Service within 1-3 working days. In most cases we will dispatch the item the same day or the next day but we cannot guarantee this. If you need your order urgently we recomend paying for express shipping which will be prioritised for dispatch.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on location and package weight.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We are currently unable to offer international shipping.
REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 28 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservices@lightbalance.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
