OM System PT-059 Underwater Housing for OM System TOUGH TG-7 & Olympus TOUGH TG-6 Waterproof Cameras.

The compact PT-059 underwater case is waterproof down to 45 metres and the perfect tool to experience fascinating underwater photography with your TG-6.

With its durable, high-quality polycarbonate construction, it protects the camera from water while also cushioning it from knocks and bumps on land. It features black coating on the front of the body to prevent unnecessary reflection and a transparent back to detect water penetration.

The wide-angle 25mm lens of the TG-6 is advantageous in shooting underwater scenes where the angle of view becomes narrow.

In addition the TG-6 carries special underwater shooting modes for divers: Underwater Snapshot, Underwater Wide, Underwater Macro, Underwater Microscope or Underwater HDR. The PT-059 is easy to handle and offers access to all camera functions. Even when stored in the underwater case, the camera control dial can be used for exposure compensation.

Integrated M52 Port Thread

The PT-059 housing includes a 52mm threaded port to allow for the attachment of various wet lenses which can be removed or replaced under the water throughout the dive as required. For even more convenience add a quick release mount and adapter which allow you to remove and replace the lens even more quickly via a bayonet.

Build Up Your System

Integrated Accessory Mounting Hardware

On the top of the housing a Cold-Shoe mount can be used to attach compatible hardware for mounting spotting lights and action cameras. On the underside of housing there are 3x 1/4-20" threads, the standard fitting for most camera housing trays and tripods.

160° Super-wide Fisheye Lens

With a magnification of 0.42X this lens delivers a super-wide 160° field of view at 28mm perfect for Wrecks, gorgonians and large coral structures. Shooting this wide you need to get really close to your subject, this is not for skittish creatures.

The lens includes both a Bayonet mount and M52 Thread. The M52 Thread screws onto the port or you can add a quick release mount to your housing port for a quicker and easier installation and removal throughout the dive in case you come across a macro subject.

AOI's UWL-400A Wide angle lens was designed for 24mm compact cameras like the Olympus TG-6 and OM System TG-7. Expanding the underwater field of view up to a wide 120° but also supporting zoom through for tighter shots.

The M52 Thread screws onto the port or you can add a quick release mount for the lens and your housing port for a quicker and easier installation and removal throughout the dive in case you come across a macro subject.
