Please be specific with the phone make and model as different variations of a phone will require different adapters.  This is a made to order item and is non-returnable.  

If you need the part by a specific date then please indicate so in the requested date field.  We will let you know when we provide the quote if this date is feasible.  Manufacture usually takes 10 working days (not including shipping) but we may be able to expedite this.
