Divevolk Compatability

Divevolk SeaTouch 4 Max PLUS Housings & Kits
Divevolk have already confirmed that all three of the new models are compatible with all of the current lineup of Divevolk Housings - SeaTouch 4 Max Plus and SeaTouch 4 Max Platinum.  

If you are planning on getting one of these phones and are looking for your first Divevolk Housing we recommend the SeaTouch 4 Max PLUS Housings


Phone Adapter for Divevolk Housings

If you already have a SeaTouch 4 Max PLUS or Platinum housing and have upgraded your phone to one of the new iPhones you will need a new phone adapter.  If you are unsure which version of the housing you have send us a photo of your housing with the serial number and we can check for you.  


The iPhone 17 is not expected to be compatible with the previous generation of SeaTouch 4 Max (non-PLUS) version of the Housing.

IP68 Waterproof Rating

For the new phone models Google have cited a waterproof rating of IP68 meaning that the phone is dustproof and protected against water immersion for a limited time at limited depth.

For those wary of putting a brand new phone into a dive housing this rating suggests that if you do get some water inside your housing your phone will likely be okay.

That being said, we always suggest that you get third party insurance for your phone and always back it up just in case!

Already have a Divevolk Housing?

The New Apple iPhone 17, Apple iPhone 17 Air and Apple iPhone 17 Pro are all compatible with the Divevolk SeaTouch 4 Max PLUS and SeaTouch 4 Max Platinum.  

They are not compatible with the previous Divevolk SeaTouch 4 Max (non PLUS) version.  

Updated phone adapters are available for if you already have a Divevolk SeaTouch housing. If you are unsure which version of the housing you have send us a photo of your housing and the serial number and we can check for you.
