Maintenance

Battery Care:

Always use the recommended 5V 2A power adapter for charging to avoid damage to the battery.

Avoid overcharging the flashlight. Once fully charged, disconnect it from the power source.

Cleaning:

*Exterior: Wipe the flashlight with a soft, damp cloth to clean.

Avoid using abrasive materials or strong cleaning agents.

*Lens: Use a lens cleaning cloth or a soft, dry cloth to gently clean the lens. Do not use liquids that might damage the lens coating.

Storage:

Store the flashlight in a cool, dry place when not in use.

If storing for an extended period, ensure the battery is partially charged and avoid completely discharging it.

Battery Replacement:

Use Only Skywoods Batteries: For best results and to ensure proper operation, use only Skywoods' 21700 batteries. The design of our battery includes a polarity function that enhances the flashlight's performance and safety.

Dispose of old batteries properly, following local regulations for battery disposal.

Inspection:

Regularly inspect the flashlight for any signs of damage or wear, such as cracks in the casing or issues with the button function.

Ensure the charging port is clean and free of debris to maintain proper connectivity.

Important Notes:

Do not disassemble the flashlight if you are not a professional technician, as this may cause damage and void the warranty.

Battery Installation: Ensure the battery is installed correctly.

The positive side (+) should face the spring, and the negative side (-) should face inward towards the flashlight.

Protecting the Charging Port: After charging your lamp, please ensure you replace the rubber cover. This will help prevent dust and debris from entering the charging port.

Battery Care: Handle the battery with care. If the battery needs to be replaced, store the removed battery in a safe place.

Important: Do not mix the removed battery with conductive metals to avoid any risk of short-circuiting or damage.

Charging Instructions: The battery can only be charged while installed in the flashlight. Ensure the flashlight is properly connected to the power source during charging.
